About Limitless Float

Limitless Float is Southampton’s only float centre, and one of only a handful of centres scattered across the UK.

The use of floatation pods is a fairly new concept, and there are very few businesses taking advantage of them. However, owner Jarrod Speed recognised their benefits and opened the Limitless Float spa in 2018 and has seen a rise in popularity since.

Floatation pods are large tanks of about a foot of water and about 500kg of dissolved Epsom salts that enable a user to float effortlessly – the perfect environment for deep relaxation, physical healing, mental rest and meditation. Despite their current rarity, they are growing in demand as their benefits become more widely understood.

Why Limitless Float Chose ADVRT

Recommended by an existing customer, Limitless Float got in touch to explore PPC opportunities, of which they had never experimented with before. ADVRT specialises in PPC campaigns and was able to consult on the best options that existed to help Limitless meet their goals.

After solidifying Limitless Float’s goals of increased local awareness and sales, we were able to dive in and carve out a solid campaign. 

This included a social PPC campaign across Facebook and Instagram to drive local awareness and retarget traffic.

In addition to this, we wrote and published SEO-friendly and topical blog posts to their website to increase organic traffic.

Each blog post was carefully planned and researched to ensure they coincided with relevant awareness days and company updates where possible.

These articles were linked within relevant email campaigns that we also wrote and sent to the current database of customers.

The campaign results

We comfortably achieved our goal of raising awareness and increasing sales. For the first quarter of 2023, we increased Limitless Float’s turnover by an average of £2,665 every month.

As a result of our PPC social ads, the following and engagement have increased on the Facebook page too.

Followers and Likes have jumped by nearly 10% over the past three months, and page engagement has skyrocketed by 143% compared to the same period last year.

Additionally, our campaign emails have achieved an average open rate of nearly 42%, which is well above the 21% typical open rate for a health and fitness marketing email. [Source: Mailchimp]
